To confirm your appointment, you may:
- Reply to our WhatsApp reminder message
- Confirm over phone
- Through FRESHA - your card details are securely held on file. NO AMOUNT WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CARD. This is simply to confirm your slot.
Please note that if we do not receive a response to our WhatsApp reminders, are unable to reach you by phone, and do not receive confirmation through Fresha,
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RELEASE YOUR SLOT TO ANOTHER CLIENT ON OUR WAITING LIST
CANCELLATIONS and NO SHOWS
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, Please give us at least 6 hours notice to ensure we can call our waitlist to fill the spot.
If cancellations are made less than the required 6 Hours, a fee of 30% of the appointment will be charged and 100% fee for not showing up
CARD PAYMENT FAILURES
Please note that any card payment failures, we will add it up to your next invoice or can result in you being unable to book future appointments with us.
